Take a generous finger scoop of your favourite shave crème and apply to your neck between the chin and above the Adam’s apple. If you have two favourite shave cremes put a scoope of each under your chin. After soaking your shave brush in a basin of hot water whilst scooping the shave creme onto your neck, lather the foam onto your face using vigorous circular brush strokes and lots of water which is the secret to a truly great shave. Pinch the shave brush bristles together in order to get a hefty amount of shave creme between the nose and the upper lip.
Enjoy this moment, not only are you preparing to shave but also exfoliating, massaging and moisturising the skin. And you are cleaning the gunk out of the creases between you nose and your cheeks. Alternatively, apply the scoop of shave crème directly onto the wet shave brush and proceed as above.
